JagannathJi – Vandanam

There’s something magical about watching Jagannath step out of the sanctum and into the streets. The air shifts – filled with chants, colors, and an energy that feels both ancient and alive. The procession is not just movement, it’s emotion in motion. Every wheel that turns, every rope that’s pulled, carries centuries of devotion.

In this painting, I tried to capture not just the grandeur of Rath Yatra, but the quiet intimacy of faith – the way divinity meets humanity halfway.
